My thought's are mostly mixed! I think Murtagh is indeed a mysterious figure! I am also suspicious because he revealed that he was the son of Morzan, one of the thirteen Forsworn. Although he has revealed hardly anything about his past I still think that he is kind hearted. He has acompanied Eragon through a few of his troubles and they have been working together since Murtagh saved Eragon and Brom from the Raz'zac! Do I too think that Murtagh is hiding something (ananymous) - NO - I think he is hiding many things!! I think he will become very protective (of his thoughts and memories) once they enter the Varden. I am still puzzled that he killed the slaver by beheading him. That was nothing but MURDER like Eragon said a few chapters ago.Once Murtagh reveals more of his past I may be less suspicious, but until then... - Chase 5D
I think Murtagh is still hiding something about his past...he seems to be acting weird still. i am very suspicious. Maybe Eragon will discover something about Murtagh. Eragon seems to be somewhat suspicious about Murtagh too. -Lauren
